The coffee is grand and the staff is pretty cool. Just wish management would do something about the snow on the onings, I'm it's bad enough there was a guy driving a jeep pretending to plow, more like pushing air. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
It is a dunkin donuts. I know what i am getting. It is as quick or as slow as any other DD.
One of the worst dunkins in CT. When I worked there it was no where near as terrible as it is now. Don't ever ask for a bagel with cream cheese because they're so lazy they just slap on a huge glob without spreading it a single time then just smushing the bagel together. Absolutely terrible service. I regret spending a dime there.
The drive thru service is seriously lacking, everytime ive order more than a coffee in drive thru the order is incorrect
I'm not sure why people have been giving this place a 5 star rating. I have been going to this Dunkin ever since I can remember and NOTHING ever changes. Majority of the time the staff is unbelievably rude. The girls at the drive window are the WORST they don't say hello they just say your total hand you your change and your food and not even a " have a nice day" and close the window in your face, even if you haven't received your whole order. You work at a Dunkin not a prison put a smile on and do your job properly. If you don't like working in customer service work in a cubical. The one on straights turnpike is much better and worth the extra mile or so.
