I have not had any problems, and everyone I have seen has been very pleasant
I had a friend who had a closing on her house. and just before the closing, the bank told her they weren't ready, and delayed the closing for over a week, postponing it day by day, which also screwed up the closing on the house she was buying. The bank had no good reason for this postponement other than incompetence.
