Hi Tech menus difficult to find stuff . Value menu all but completely missing. Prices high even for a McDonald's
I go here when I want their food because there isn’t another one around for like 20 minutes in each direction but my god. I can’t stand going through the drive through because you can literally hear in their voices and see on their faces that they don’t want to be there at all. Not only that, but I’m always left waiting at the windows without even a simple “be right with you”. No, they just ignore my existence and don’t even say anything when they hand me my food or take my money. These people have no business working in customer service. I work in customer service myself and I would never dream of treating paying customers like that. I also can’t leave the premises without checking my food because, more often than not, they mess up my order. I had to go back into the place 3 TIMES one day before they got my order right.
Rest room clean staff is always attentive to getting the orders right and it's always hot from the kitchen, lobby always has someone cleaning and organizing the beverage counter, thanks this is my observation and I always refer people to this location for reasons above
