Awesome staff to rent was as simple as one phone call ..then i stopped in and left in less than 7 minutes upon return it was easier 3 minutes FANTASTIC SERVICE

Booked a luxury car online.. called day before rental said they don't rent luxury vehicles.. promised to hold a Yukon or explorer instead.. went to pick up next didn't have either.. not first time this has happened.. feels like bait n switch.. don't believe Brendan.. will lie to your face

Two different cars hit me the same day in two different locations. Both were covered by the same insurance (LM). When I brought my car in to be repaired, the shop arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and both the shop and Enterprise confirmed it would be covered by LM. This was in July. In September I noticed an Enterprise charge on my credit card so I called them to see what was going on. They submitted the wrong name to LM and so LM refused to cover it. Then, they went to charge my insurance (without ever calling me/investigating why LM might have rejected the claim) but confused me with my mom and charged her insurance and then put the difference on my card. This was all discovered through several phone calls in September. It is now the end of October and the charge is still on my credit card and my mom's insurance still has not been reimbursed. When I spoke to the manager on the phone she said she would see what they could do. I appreciate that but what they should do is refund me my money since this is all entirely their fault. I had also confirmed with LM on the phone that they would cover the rental. I will update if this ever gets resolved but it has been 6 weeks now...

Was told I had to pay a deposit of $250 to rent a car for the week, then pay another hundred and some change after I brought it back. Didn't like that but said ok to make the reservation. Then when I come to pick it up they tell me it's gonna cost me almost $400 up front for the week. How the hell can anyone afford that for a week? That's more than my monthly car payment. Told the person what I was told when I made the reservation, and even showed them my confirmation and they still said no. Sorry but I will never set foot in another enterprise ever again.

I rented a minivan, I received the nice Chrysler Pacifica. It was the very best vehicle for a road trip. 28mpg highway and roomy. Looks great! Made the trip so much better!
