I've been going to the Watertown Staples forever.
Called ahead and asked if they could laminate a couple of items for me, they told me they could, I drive 20 minutes and the girl at the desk says she can’t because she doesn’t know how to use the machine. Idiots.
I walked in about 2 months ago, and was looking for the correct printer ink for my Brother printer and was totally lost about it. Kyle showed me a list of Brother printers and we went through them visually until I found the correct one and the ink to go with it. He was super helpful and I left the store very satisfied.
The whole staff is awesome.the manager Steve is always making sure everyone is all set and has helped me out 2 times
