Great place for a haircut, very clean, and the hair stylists are very nice. A little pricey compared to competition nearby, but hardly any wait time makes up for the cost.
I personally have no issues when it's just for myself, my husband hasn't had a complaint either. My son however isn't having good luck anymore. The two people who used to cut his hair left and we haven't had a decent experience yet. He's afraid of the trimmers and moves quite a bit but no one seems to care or take the time to let him relax or show him that it doesn't hurt. They just dive in and start cutting which sends him into fits and it always ends in tears. I really regret leaving a tip this last time because he's got 3 big nicks on his neck and ears. I get he moves but to keep going without any consideration for him was the last straw.

Its convenient cause it's always open, but I never seem to leave Supercuts with a quality haircut. I can't speak for a girls haircut
