The Watertown, CT Police Department and especially their officers are some of the most professional and understanding people you will come across in law enforcement. They are never in my limited contact with them ever overbearing, abusive, or brutal. They are honest and forgiving and even give breaks at their own discretion should a violation be noted by an officer. I would say they have to rank in the top 5 or 10 PD's in the state of Connecticut. Vote YES on the budget.
