The "mall" is a chain of stores, not stores located in a big building which most people picture as being a mall. It looks like a face lift is past due but it isn't like everything is falling off the buildings. I guess the best way to describe it is to say it looks dated. There is a variety of businesses but I mostly go to Kmart. The parking lot, depending what store or area you go to can be tricky to park. Getting out of the parking lot is also tricky since there is no lights however if you exit the side (pass in front of Kmart) and turn onto that side street, it is much easier for those taking a left since there is a light at that intersection.
Kmart is located in this plaza too. Although a small plaza where you can still get your necessities on a whim. You can grab a pizza pie, some liquor, drop off your laundry (or do your laundry) grab milk and detergent to enjoying a Chinese buffet.
Typical strip mall with your usual selection of restaurants and stores. The Chinese buffet and Italian restaurant are worth a visit. The food is good and the staff are very friendly. Don't go looking for great ambience though.
Run down, beat up, and old describes this plaza well. It wouldn't take much to get this place looking good again, some of the stores look great inside. My guess is that painting and cleaning the outside of the building isn't in the budget.
