Ok, I was looking to get a new car, someone told me about this place, before I went to this dealer I call them to make sure that I will have a ride back home after I was finished with them and also let them know about the situation that I was with the down payment that I had able to make!! After I got approved they come out with a car that I don't even want " because that was the only car that the bank approved". In top of that, the payments were way high like I was about to paying for BMW (was a Toyota Camry) I call my husband to let him know about it he immediately say no way!!! Bought my truck about a month and a half ago. I have the regular warranty plus an extended warranty. I was also supposed to have free oil changes for the entire time I own my truck. Surprisingly (not really), the dealership closed and now I'm supposed to drive an hour away, then an hour back home, for the free oil changes because the company "consolidated". Hmm...the money I would spend on gas would be more than the actual cost of an oil change. The manager of the Hartford dealership "Mike" offers no other solutions. I would NEVER recommend Barberino dealerships to anyone. This was the 2nd time I bought a vehicle from them & gotten screwed. Stupid me.

I bought a new Outlander Sport from Steve. The whole experience was amazing from walking into the showroom to leaving in my brand new car. I was introduce to the service department where I get free oil changes as along as I do my service with Barbebrino's. The service department was very friendly. Thank you all for everything you did to get me into a new car.
Don't ever. Ever ever ever get a car with these people. Ever. Currently trying to get money owed to me and they are HORRIBLE and shady. From initial contact to the service and all the way through to my end of service. I hate being taken advantage of. Zero starts or even negative stars should be an option here.
