Walked in to inquire about a vehicle listed on their website. Sales person Jim was very helpful. Unfortunately, the vehicle was involved in a minor accident that same day because of an employee. Jim was still nice enough to take me down the street to test ride it. He was very knowledgeable about the car and promised to follow up when the repair was done. He did follow up but I purchased another ford somewhere a couple days later. Jim was great but the car is the reason for the 4 stars.
Was lucky enough to work with Sal C. on my lease. Being a finance guy, he understood I wanted to know where each number came from and the calculations . Never has a car dealership been so straight forward and direct; I appreciated Sal's honesty and his enthusiasm throughout the leasing process for my F-150! Trust, in my opinion, trumps all. In addition to being an expert on Ford products, he is also extremely knowledgeable about their competitors’ products. My wife and I were comparative shopping the product lines of five different manufacturers; and his detailed knowledge made our job easier. He had the ability to evaluate our requirements and directed us to exactly what we needed. He properly represented us to management and was able to get us a great deal. This is our first new vehicle is 48 years of marriage. This entire process was lot of fun because of Phil’s great attitude.
