Bought an RS7 from the best Audi dealership in the Northeast. As an out-of-state buyer (from PA) I was concerned with how smoothly the transaction would go if I found a car I liked, but I was happily surprised. I drove to the dealership on my way back from a business trip to Boston, MA and test drove 2 cars. Matt Degruttola (sales) was great to work with. I test drove an S8 Plus and the RS7, and Matt was very knowledgeable about both cars. Despite owning an A7, and doing my homework, Matt was able to share many key facts/specs that I didn't know about each cars. Over the next week I worked with Matt via email and phone to agree on a price. He then put me in touch with Steve Pinkerton for the financing, and he was great. The whole process was extremely smooth and a week later I picked up the RS7. In less than an hour I was out and heading back to PA. A couple of weeks later Steve helped me on a follow-up item, going above and beyond what I expected, and making it a truly exceptional customer experience. I would definitely recommend Valenti, but specially Matt and Steve. I will be back in a few years.

The staff treats you like you are a very valued customer. I have also found the service department equally courteous and very fair in their charges for service. Their service area is comfortable and has amenities to make the wait easier. A dealership with integrity is hard to find.

Valenti Audi and Matt provided me with the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had. I came from a BMW in which I was very disappointed in the car itself and the buying experience. Matt spent hours and days going through multiple cars and test drives making sure I felt as though I was not only getting a great buying experience but also that I was getting the car of my dreams. He was so knowledgeable on every vehicle I was interested in. I will be back in two years to purchase a q5 or q7 for my wife. And I will be buying one of them from Matt at Valenti Audi.
To sum this up, Valenti may feel like a traditional dealership at times (suits and ties). However, we mean this in a good way. There’s absolutely no pressure, hype, stories or gimmicks to make you buy from them. The feeling of being relaxed when buying a new car is priceless. After all, people never make good decisions when feel pressured. Also, Steve – a person responsible for the last stage paperwork was extremely well organized and made the process feel like a breeze.
Later, we were able to obtain a good price for our vehicle from Matt. Once we got the ball rolling, Matt kept being extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns – we waited about 3 months for our factory ordered vehicle. Not only was the car worth the wait, but also stopping by at Valenti (we almost skipped Valenti) in that late Saturday afternoon was like hitting the bull’s eye.
My car buying experience at Valenti Audi has been one have the most comfortable & smoothest experience I have even had at an Audi dealership or any dealership for that matter. Matt DeGruttola has been one have the most supportive and catering of my needs. Always glad to answer any question and always quick to respond. With the wonderful Steve Pinkerton at hand, very thorough with his paperwork and explanations always made me feel at ease.
