This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. I was shopping around and saw something I liked at another dealer in Bristol, but they were not very helpful, and I ended up at Shaker's. I was in and out in less than three hours with the car I saw online and had wanted. There was no hassle or pushiness on the sales side, I dealt with Adam who was very nice and helpful. I would recommend them, I've bought in the past from Executive, and it never felt comfortable, here it did. They'll be our new dealer of choice for sure.
Almost two years down the road and I still love this dealership. I honestly contacted them initially with the intention of buying yet another used car, and ended up being able to snag a brand new car with a similar monthly payment to what I was paying for my 10 year old car. Every other service is free, and I get calls reminding me that my car should be due for service. I know we aren’t stupid, but it’s an easy thing to overlook so I always appreciate it. They seem like they genuinely care if your car is in the best shape it can be in. I am always recommending this dealership to everyone I know who is on the hunt for a car. Please give them a shot if you’re sick of dealerships who sell you a car then forget about you.
