I read the Yelp reviews and thought the service couldn't possibly be that bad. However, $650 later with a simple electrical problem still not fixed (which caused my car not to start and was easily fixed by another mechanic for around $150) I learned that yes, there really are shops that will rip you off. I hope you do not make the same mistake I did, don't give this place your business.

I love my car but I'm upset with the service set-up at Bradshaw. My car is not even a year old and it is at the service department. They fixed my car quickly however it was extremely inconvenient trying to get a Rental car. To rent a car I had to go to enterprise. We have purchased 5 Jeeps from Bradshaw and we paid extra to have a better warranty that includes rental car service. They should have cars on the lot for customers who have been loyal and are dealing with a Brand new car having issues not carting them back and forth from dealer to enterprise. I had a used car from Torrington Ford and they took better care of me when I had car trouble and made the customer experience a smoother process.
This was my first time buying a new car and the staff here made it much easier than I ever expected! They gave me a very fair price for my trade in (same as KBB), I was test driving the car I was interested in within 10 minutes of arriving at the dealership, and the whole process only took 2.5 hours. Plus I drove away in my new car that day! Very pleasant experience and the staff were all friendly. Would absolutely recommend this dealership!
