I met Lou and Seth at Curry and they researched about Veteran friendly credit unions and figured it out. I usually avoid all dealerships, no matter the brand, Ford, Chevy, Honda etc., preferring small family owned garages. I have had better luck with them in the past. Recently my main go to garage lost their top mechanic, he's working somewhere else now, where,??, I don't know.!. Started having bad experiences with them after he left. To many to write about. I decided to try Curry and have had nothing but excellent service at reasonable prices. Friendly staff that's very helpful. Curry is like a family owned garage, only bigger. Curry uses only Genuine Toyota parts. That does make a difference, I know because I had problems with parts that were not Genuine Toyota parts. I finally found a good dealership and I will stay with them. I'm glad I decided to give then a try.
I just want to let everyone know that Curry Toyota was AMAZING. I have not had a brand new vehicle in over 18 years and now I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander. James was amazing and the entire team gave me a great experience and everything I could ever want and need. Lou and Ben were great as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, affordable car. Thank you again.
Went there for routne service on my '13 Toyota Highlander Hybrid at 07:30. Car has ~69,000 miles on it...basically a synthetic oil change (~$70). At 9AM Svc Rep tells me all my brakes pads are all at 4mm and all Rotors needed replacement.... $399 for front & $399 for rear...w/tax ~$850! I called another dealership and got an estimate of $420...for pads and turning rotors (they had not been previously machined). When I challenged the price, Svc Mgr doubled down on the scope of the job. I left Curry drove directly to A-1...who pronounced the vehicle safe & only 1 pad was at 4mm. Left A-1 at noon with front brake pads replaced and front rotors turned for $193 w/tax. Back brakes are good for another 20-25,000 miles. Other Seniors need to beware these service hit jobs when they have your vehicle up on the lift and try to pressure you for unnecessary repairs at outrageous prices.
Very friendly, honest, no BS. They value the customer and care about your buying experience. Enjoying our new Camry!
